Our Agency
department handles the ship husbandry operations for our Principals
vessel calling at Singapore. This includes: -

We have
approximately twenty calls a month. These vessels are breakbulk,
container feeder, LPG, Aframax, Panamax., either for bunkering
or cargo operations.

Our Marine
Superintendents are experienced Chief Engineers who have many
years of sailing behind them. This ensure their in-depth knowledge
of running an engine room and the vessel. Coupled with their
office administrative experience, they ensure a ship is properly run and managed. While being able to cut down delays, our Superintendents are constantly keeping the cost of running
the vessel low and within budget.

Crewing/Manning
Our Crewing department presently handles about 800 officers and crew of various nationalities for several owners and principals. We supply competent, qualified and experienced officers and crew in accordance with International requirements. The nationalities of our crew include Filipinos, Burmese, Indonesian, Croatian and Ukrainian. We have set up a high professional standard in the recruitment process of our crew. Our officers and crew undergo a stringent selection and screening processes before we embark them on the vessels. This includes screening of past records and personality test. All officers and crew undergo familiarisation required in performing safe operations and emergency preparedness in accordance to ISM, ISPS, STWC and other respective regulations. This ensures that vessels are operated in a safe and efficient manner and comply with Safety Management System of our principals. We also arrange and assist owners in negotiation and signing of collective agreements with the appropriate Unions and are accepted by the ITF.
